The first one who introduced AmericanCocker Spaniel as model dog in groomer qualification test in China. Till now, Hehas been cultivated 9 Master class groomers and more than 20 A Class groomers.

孟令全先生长期主要从事卷毛比熊犬、迷你雪纳瑞犬、美国可卡犬的繁殖，同时也繁殖迷你/玩具贵宾犬，凯利蓝梗犬，西高地白梗犬。培养了50多只具有中国冠军登陆头衔、世界冠军登录头衔，及犬展中荣获全场最高BIS赏励的犬只。近两年自己繁殖的卷毛比熊犬有9只获得BIS赏励，20余只完成超级冠军登录及CKU永久冠军登录。最为自豪的是自己繁育的一只名叫唯一（ONLY）的黑银色迷你雪纳瑞犬繁殖的五只同胞后代犬全部获得BIS赏励。

2016年2015及2014年连续三年自己繁殖的黑银色迷你雪纳瑞LONG获得中国排行一，同时15个月就完成了中国超级登录冠军。卷毛比熊犬BOOM 阿力 KIMI完成超级冠军登录世界冠军登录。同时拥有中国唯一一只美国超级冠军登陆美国可卡金刚2015年美国可卡犬中国排行一。

Mr. Lingquan Meng is mainly engaged inbreeding Bichon Frise, Miniature Schnauzer, and American Cocker Spaniel. Mr.Lingquan Meng also breeds Mini / Toy poodle, Kerry Blue Terrier, West HighlandWhite Terrier simultaneously. Till now, He has been cultivated more than 50dogs that got China Grand Champion Titles, World Champion Titles, as well asthe highest rewards in dog show—-BIS. In recent two years, 9 Bichon Frises gotBIS rewards, more than 20 Bichon Frises completed Grand Championship andPermanent Championship of CKU. He cultivated all of these Bichon Frises thathave been mentioned above. He so proud of his own breed the dog named ‘Only’and his five babies, which are Black Silver Mini Schnauzers, got the BISrewards entirely. In three consecutive years (2014, 2015 and 2016), his ownbreed Black and Silver Miniature Schnauzer – ‘Dragon’ has been got Ranking No.1in China point race of dog show. Simultaneously, ‘Dragon’ hasbeen achieved Grand Championship when he was 15 months. Bichon Frise named ‘Boom’, ‘Ali’, and ‘Kimi’ have alsobeen achieved Grand Championship and World Championship. In China, He is theonly one whose dog named ‘King Kong’ (American Cocker Spaniel) that has been finishedGrand Championship in American. This dog also got Ranking No.1 in 2015 AmericanCocker Spaniel dog show point race.
